NEW LOCATION! All 2019 Play for Paula events will be held at Olde Providence Racquet Club, 5630 Sharon View Road, Charlotte.

TWO DAYS OF FUN! WE HOPE YOU’LL JOIN US FOR BOTH!

Wednesday, November 13th 6-9pm (Olde Providence Racquet Club):
Pro-Tennis Exhibition, Live Music & Silent Auction

Bring the whole family to watch the Carmel and OP Pros battle it out in an exhibition match while you enjoy wine, beer and food from the Terrace Cafe (food/drink may be charged to your OPRC/CCC account, or pay cash). Enjoy live music by Donkey while bidding on dozens of exciting silent auction items all in the name of developing cures for sarcomas! There is no registration fee for this evening event, however we ask attendees to register for food & beverage planning purposes.

Thursday, November 14th 9am-1pm (Olde Providence Racquet Club):
Play for Paula Round Robin and Luncheon

Bring your friends and join other ladies for a fun-filled morning of tennis play – followed by a luncheon at Olde Providence Racquet Club! (Hurry and grab your spot – this event sells out every year!)

9 – 9:30: Check in
9:30-11:30: Tennis Play
11:30 – 1:00: Luncheon

(Sorry, but we cannot issue refunds for November 14 registrations if there is inclement weather preventing tennis play. The luncheon will be held regardless!)

Paula Takacs was a phenomenal athlete and beloved member of Carmel Country Club in Charlotte, NC. Through the generosity of this club’s Women’s Tennis Association members, the Play for Paula tennis events held from 2011-2017 have raised over $62,000!
