Helping Sarcoma Patients Overcome Financial Barriers to Treatment

The Paula Takacs Foundation is proud to partner with Family Reach, a national nonprofit dedicated to supporting families facing cancer-related financial hardships. Treatment requires more than medicine; patients and their families need a roof over their heads, food on the table, and reliable transportation to access care.

The Paula Takacs Foundation, in partnership with Family Reach,is launching the Sarcoma Fund, a dedicated financial assistance program supporting North Carolina sarcoma patients by helping cover essential non-medical expenses, including:

  • Mortgage/rent payments
  • Utilities
  • Groceries
  • Transportation costs

By eliminating financial barriers, this partnership ensures that sarcoma patients can focus on their health rather than the stress of basic living expenses.
